How to Use Guides

1.Quick Start Guides

  • Automatic Gravity Feeder/Waterer

    1. Unbox the product and remove all packaging materials.
    2. For feeders: Fill the hopper with dry pet food (avoid wet or clumpy food). For waterers: Fill the reservoir with clean, room-temperature water.
    3. Place the product on a flat, non-slip surface (use the included anti-slip mat if provided).
    4. Ensure the bowl is properly aligned with the hopper/reservoir—food/water will flow automatically as your pet eats/drinks.
    5. Clean the bowl and reservoir weekly to prevent bacteria buildup.

  • WiFi Smart Feeder

    1. Download the compatible app (see product manual for details) and create an account.
    2. Plug in the feeder or insert batteries (for backup power).
    3. Press the WiFi pairing button on the feeder—follow the app’s instructions to connect to your home WiFi (2.4GHz WiFi only; 5GHz is not supported).
    4. Set up feeding schedules: Select meal times (1-4 meals per day) and portion sizes (1-9 portions per meal, depending on the model).
    5. Use the app to control remote feeding, check food levels, or record a 10-20 second voice reminder for your pet.

  • Pet Water Fountain(宠物饮水器)

    1. Assemble the fountain: Install the filter (rinse first), pump, and water chamber as shown in the manual.
    2. Fill the reservoir with clean water (do not exceed the "MAX" line).
    3. Plug in the fountain—adjust the water flow knob to your pet’s preference.
    4. Replace the filter every 2-4 weeks (or as needed) and clean the fountain parts weekly with mild soap and water.

2. Troubleshooting

  • Issue: WiFi feeder won’t connect to my phone.

Solution: ① Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network (5GHz is incompatible). ② Move the feeder closer to the router (within 30 feet). ③ Reset the feeder by pressing and holding the pairing button for 5 seconds, then retry pairing.
  • Issue: Water fountain is making noise.

Solution: ① Check if the pump is properly installed (loose parts cause vibration). ② Ensure the water level is above the "MIN" line (low water causes the pump to run dry). ③ Clean the pump impeller (use the included brush to remove hair or debris).
  • Issue: Feeder is not dispensing food.

Solution: ① Check if the hopper is empty or food is clumpy (break up clumps or replace with dry food). ② Ensure the dispensing mechanism is not blocked (remove the hopper and clear any obstructions). ③ For smart feeders, verify the schedule is set correctly in the app.
