1. Shipping Information

  • Delivery Options

    We offer two reliable shipping methods to meet your needs:
    • FBA Delivery:For eligible products (marked "FBA Shipping"), orders are fulfilled by Amazon. Enjoy fast delivery (2-5 business days for most US locations) and Amazon’s trusted logistics support.
    • Standard Shipping:Non-FBA orders are shipped from our US warehouse. Delivery time is 3-7 business days for continental US, 5-10 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

  • Shipping Fees
    • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (US continental only).
    • Orders under $50: Flat rate of $7.99 for Standard Shipping.
    • FBA Shipping fees follow Amazon’s standard policy (varies by product weight and location).

  • Tracking

    You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours of order fulfillment. Track your package through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or Amazon Logistics).

2. Return Policy


  • Eligibility

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Customized items (if applicable) and used products with signs of damage or wear are not eligible for returns.
  • Return Process
    1. Contact our customer service team at geddie_moira506ENz@aol.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Receive a pre-paid return label (for eligible returns within the US).
    3. Ship the product back within 7 days of receiving the label.
    4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund (to the original payment method) within 5-7 business days, or send a replacement if requested.

  • Note
    • Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
    • FBA orders follow Amazon’s official return policy—please initiate returns directly through your Amazon account.
