  • Warranty Period：

    All PetSmartFeed products come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • What’s Covered：
    • Malfunction of electronic components (e.g., WiFi module, timer, pump).
    • Damage to structural parts (e.g., feeder hopper, fountain basin) caused by manufacturing defects.

  • What’s Not Covered：
    • Damage from improper use, accidents, drops, or exposure to water (for non-waterproof parts).
    • Wear and tear from regular use (e.g., filter replacement, bowl scratches).
    • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Warranty Claim Process：
    1. Contact geddie_moira506ENz@aol.com with your order number, product photos/videos of the defect, and a detailed description.
    2. Our team will review your claim within 3 business days.
    3. Approved claims will receive a replacement part, full product replacement, or repair service (at our discretion) at no additional cost.

    A: Yes! All our WiFi-enabled feeders are compatible with iOS 12.0+ and Android 8.0+. Download the "Smart Life" app (for Tuya-enabled products) or the brand-specific app (as indicated on the product page) to control feeding schedules, portion sizes, and more.
  • Q2: Are the materials BPA-free and safe for pets?

    A: Absolutely. All food-contact parts (bowls, hoppers, water chambers) are made of food-grade, BPA-free plastic or stainless steel—meeting US FDA standards for pet safety.
  • Q3: How long does the feeder’s battery last (if applicable)?

    A: For battery-powered feeders, 4 AA batteries can last 3-6 months (depending on usage frequency). We recommend using alkaline batteries for longer life, and keeping the feeder plugged in (if it has a USB port) for continuous use.
  • Q4: Can the water fountain be used for both cats and dogs?

    A: Yes! Our fountains are designed for small to medium pets (cats, small dogs, puppies, kittens). The adjustable water flow setting works for pets who prefer gentle streams or still water.

    A: Our feeders feature a clog-free design. If clogging occurs, turn off the feeder, remove the hopper, and clear the food path with the included cleaning tool. Avoid putting wet or clumpy food in dry food feeders.
